Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and resolves issues within various components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to troubleshoot and analyze system performance, ensuring that all applications run smoothly and efficiently. You will engage with different teams to gather insights and feedback, which will help in enhancing the overall functionality of the systems. Your role will also require you to document findings and solutions, contributing to a knowledge base that supports continuous improvement in service delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate training sessions for junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in CyberArk Privileged Access Management.
- Strong understanding of access control policies and procedures.
- Experience with incident management and problem resolution.
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and techniques.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in CyberArk Privileged Access Management.
- This position is based at our Noida office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
