About the Role:

ob Description:


We are looking for an Apprentice Software Developer who is eager to start a career in technology and software development. This is a learning-focused role where you will quickly absorb knowledge after onboarding, gain hands-on experience in application development, and progressively contribute to the team by supporting activities across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC).You will also develop functional understanding of energy markets, to help build and support solutions aligned to business needs.


Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Support the team across all SDLC phases including requirements understanding, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Participate in sprint ceremonies (planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives) and deliver assigned tasks within agreed timelines.
  • Show continuous improvement through training, internal knowledge sessions, and mentorship.

Qualifications:


  • B.tech CS/IT or any related course
  • Basic programming knowledge and interest in software development.
  • Strong willingness to learn, take feedback, and apply it quickly.
  • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate in a agile environment.
