Job Description:


The person hired will be responsible for sales and Business development activities of Personal Auto Vertical based out of Delhi. He will be responsible for expanding auto aftermarket detailer and channel base in North india and driving sales along with engaging with various stake holders of AOEM's present in his assigned region to grow the Personal Auto portfolio.


Roles & Responsibilities:


1. Key Account Management : Develop and Manage customer relationship among AOEM's  by demonstrating customer first approach, understanding customer priorities, aligning 3M solutions so that they can solve customer problems, build connections at different levels, build long term relationship.                                                                                                                                                               2. Channel Management : Increasing coverage and gaining share by Identifying , on-boarding and managing channel in North India to drive retail sales in the auto aftermarket.                                                                                            3. Sales Execution: Over all sales execution for Personal Auto - Sales and Business planning Includes managing Forecasting, Tracking Inventory, Order Collection, Driving Billing and Payment collection, Issue resolution. Exceed in term of deliveriing on sales and collection plan.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         4. Pipeline management :Using SFDC ( SFDC Operational Knowledge is must- Account, Lead & Opportunity mangement, Revenue schedule creation, Call Log Ins.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       5. Collaborate with Marketing and Technical team to execute marketing campaigns and programs , Convert those leads into opportunities and to sales, plan Tech training and demo trial programs for AOEM's .Understand product FAB and drive value selling.
