The Key Account manager - Lucknow for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for business retention and growth in the region of eastern Uttar Pradesh (Lucknow, Bareilly, Gorakhpur, Varanasi, etc.)


This position is part of the sales and marketing located in Lucknow and will be fully remote. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.


You will be a part of the UP team and report to the State Sales Manager responsible for business retention of current customer business and providing growth by adding new customers. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:


  • Travel extensively in Eastern part of U.P and you will be based out of Lucknow
  • Meeting existing and new customers on daily basis to generate sales
  • Work towards retention of existing business and adding new prospects
  • Make extensive use of tools like Salesforce and DBS to drive results.
  • Coordinate with the Service and Application team to work towards customer delights

The essential requirements of the job include:


  • Science Graduate/Management Graduate with at least three years of sales experience in IVD industry in the region of Eastern U.P.
  • Responsible for sales of Hardware and reagents across modalities like Immunoassay, Clinical Chemistry, Hematology etc.
  • Ensure Customer Delight – ensure coordination with Service & Application team for quick response to customer issues.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:


  • Experience working in Easter Part of Uttar Pradesh
  • Work experience of minimum 3 years in Government, Pvt. And C&E.
  • Handling of corporate hospital and Laboratories also should have handled clients like SGPGI, RMLIMS, BHU and other state government hospitals.
