Job Purpose/Overview
This job role is for the Indirect business function and the incumbent would be responsible to manage channel Sales operation through Distributor and Sub Distributor network and handling Area Sales Executive for North East and North Bengal based out of Guwahati.

1. Future Proof the Core- To ensure the Growth by ensuring proper coverage and distribution.
2. Create the new- Ensure the portfolio enhancement.
3. Enablers - Way of Working and Capability Development.

5. Developing and managing associate.
Context and Scope
The job requires complete involvement in driving business objectives in the market coordinating and closely monitoring the distributor operations and Sub Distributor. Also Keep good cohesiveness with the team in daily activities.

Education & Professional Qualifications
Minimum Graduate - MBA preferred.
Knowledge / Experience
8-10 years of Channel Sales Experience. Experience in North East (Preferable)
