<p><span>We are seeking a talented individual to join our Continuous Improvement team at Mercer. This role will be based in Gurgaon. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.   </span></p><p></p><p><b>Associate Director – Process Efficiencies </b><b>(Grade F)</b></p><p></p><p>The ideal candidate will possess a strong executive presence, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
