We are seeking a talented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team in Hyderabad, India. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in collecting, processing, and analyzing data to support informed business decisions for our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, analyzing large datasets using statistical methods to identify patterns and trends, then presenting actionable insights through data visualizations and reports to inform business decisions; key skills include proficiency in SQL, data manipulation tools like Python or R, strong critical thinking, and effective communication to convey findings to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Data gathering:

• Collecting data from various sources like databases, APIs, and applications.
• Data cleaning and preparation: Identifying and correcting errors, handling missing values, formatting data for analysis.
• Exploratory data analysis (EDA): Analyzing data to understand patterns and relationships through descriptive statistics, visualizations, and outlier detection.
• Statistical analysis: Applying statistical techniques to test hypotheses and draw meaningful conclusions from data.
• Data visualization: Creating clear and compelling charts, graphs, and dashboards to present findings to stakeholders.
• Reporting: Generating comprehensive reports with key insights and recommendations based on analysis.
• Collaboration: Working with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and identify relevant data for analysis.

  We are seeking a Business Analytics & Insights Provider to support a leading Retail client by delivering actionable business insights and advanced analytics. This role will work directly with the client’s senior leadership, providing data‑driven recommendations that influence strategic and operational decisions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical capability, advanced reporting expertise, and high standards of professionalism.

  Business Analytics & Insights

  
  
• Act as a trusted analytics partner to client senior leadership by delivering meaningful insights and recommendations.
• Translate complex business requirements into structured analytical approaches and measurable outcomes.
• Analyse retail performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

• Data Extraction & Reporting

  
  
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, and Excel.
• Perform complex data extraction, transformation, and validation from multiple data sources.
• Automate reporting processes using scripting and Python where applicable.

• Dashboarding & Visualisation

  
  
• Create executive‑level dashboards with a clear business narrative and visual storytelling.
• Ensure dashboards are accurate, consistent, and aligned with agreed KPIs and metrics.
• Maintain high data quality, governance, and documentation standards.

• Work closely with client senior stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver timely insights.
• Present insights in a clear, concise, and professional manner suitable for leadership consumption.

• Advanced knowledge of Google ecosystem (Google Sheets, Google Data Studio / Looker, BigQuery – exposure preferred).
• Strong expertise in Power BI and Tableau for dashboard creation and reporting.

  • Data extraction and validation
• Hands‑on experience with Python for data analysis and automation.
• Working knowledge of scripting for process optimisation and data handling.

• Educational Qualifications

  
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Relevant analytics or BI certifications will be an added advantage.

• Minimum 5 of relevant experience in Business Analytics, BI, or Insights roles.
• Prior experience working with international clients (US/UK) is preferred.
• Proven experience engaging with senior stakeholders.
