Talent Acquisition Key Responsibilities:
- Creating a recruitment plan and calendar according to operation and sales projections
- Creating onboarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures and regulations
- Handling end to end recruitment for all level positions
- Understanding the hiring requirements of hiring managers
- Attracting candidates through various channels like social media and professional networks
- Maintaining recruitment tracker, managing recruitment consultants
- Scheduling interviews by coordinating with candidates and hiring managers
- Negotiating job offers and compensation packages with candidates
- Staying updated about hiring trends and best practices
- Maintaining job descriptions, updating JD on ATS

HR Operations Key Responsibilities:
- Generating official internal documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, salary slips and warning letters
- Onboarding of the new joiners, completing joining process as per policy
- Preparing Induction plan, coordinating with leaders and implementing best practices as per industry
- Coordinating with TED team and employees for completing various mandatory training courses.
- Planning and executing various employee engagement activities as per calendar year.
- Supporting on HR projects like DEI, completion of POSH training as per compliances.
- Maintaining physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits and attendance records
- Creating employee engagement plans, getting necessary budget approval and initiating activities
- Collaborating with outside vendors, upper management and employees to maintain CSR standards conscripted by authorities
- Taking appropriate disciplinary action against employees who violate rules and regulations and addressing employee grievances
- Ability to work independently, prioritizing work and working well with other team members to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a range of internal stakeholders
- Good at Microsoft Excel (Must needed) and presentation skill.
- Effective time management skills, analytical ability.
Academic Qualifications:
- Any Bachelor’s degree or masters in HR/ Finance/ Economics is required with minimum from any reputed public or private university.
- Min 5 to 8 years of working experience in Talent Acquisition and HR operations preferably in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, Supply Chain, industry.
