Overall Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of business analysts to deliver high-quality and innovative solutions to clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those requirements.
- Participate in sales and pre-sales activities to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Ensure the successful delivery of projects within time, budget, and quality constraints.
Software Requirements:- Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Visio, JIRA, Trello).
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana).
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
- Understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Category-wise Technical Skills:Business Analysis:
- Extensive experience as a business analyst in the IT industry.
- Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies and best practices.
Communication & Leadership:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of business analysts.
Technical Understanding:
- Ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
- Proficiency in project management and stakeholder engagement.
Experience:- Minimum of 12+ years of experience as a business analyst in the IT industry.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering business analysis projects.
- Experience in leading and managing teams of business analysts.
Day-to-Day Activities:- Lead and manage a team of business analysts to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality solutions to clients.
- Participate in requirement gathering and analysis activities with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure that solutions align with client requirements.
- Facilitate project status meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress.
- Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure successful delivery within constraints.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in Business Analysis or Project Management (e.g., CBAP, PMP) are a plus.
Soft Skills:- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills to guide a team effectively.
