Project Role : Business Process Architect
Project Role Description : Design business processes, including characteristics and key performance indicators (KPIs), to meet process and functional requirements. Work closely with the Application Architect to create the process blueprint and establish business process requirements to drive out application requirements and metrics. Assist in quality management reviews, ensure all business and design requirements are met. Educate stakeholders to ensure a complete understanding of the designs.
Must have skills : SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP)

Summary: As a Business Process Architect, you will engage in the design of business processes that align with functional requirements and key performance indicators. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that the processes are effectively mapped out and understood. You will work closely with the Application Architect to develop a comprehensive process blueprint, ensuring that all business and design requirements are met. Additionally, you will participate in quality management reviews and provide education to stakeholders, fostering a complete understanding of the designs and their implications for the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to business processes and design specifications. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
- Strong analytical skills to assess business needs and translate them into process requirements.
- Experience in process mapping and documentation techniques.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
- Familiarity with quality management principles and practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
