Seeking an analytical and strategic business operations manager to join the central Product & Experience Strategic Operations (PESO) team in India who can be a trusted advisor to the USA based Business Operations & Strategy leaders and a respected partner to cross-functional peers. This role provides an opportunity to develop a deep strategic understanding of key ServiceNow’s business units as well as enjoy rare visibility across our full portfolio. The candidate must have relentless curiosity and very strong analytical and collaboration skills. This role will be a key contributor to the various Business Unit’s strategic and operational initiatives.


Become a founding member of our central PESO team in India to make a difference within the global Strategy & Operations team, ServiceNow, and the global community.


What you get to do in this role:   


  • Serve as a key advisor and thought partner to Strategy & Operations leadership and the BU leadership to drive business impact
  • Structure complex problems, develop hypotheses, conduct analyses and suggest recommendations all in high-quality output (written and oral)
  • Use your data analytics and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and accelerate growth
  • Model business initiatives leveraging key metrics: revenue, customers, costs, investments, industry trends, roadmap
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Sales, Finance, Marketing etc.) to identify opportunities, unlock productivity and accelerate execution
  • Support initiatives that drive growth and operational excellence for STEP’s portfolio, in partnership with stakeholders  

Qualifications

 To be successful in this role you have:


  • Education - Bachelor’s Degree required. MBA or other Graduate degree preferred  
  • 4+ years of relevant work experience. Strong preference for experience at a top management consulting firm, finance, or strategy & operations at a technology company
  • Strong data analytics and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communicator both verbally and in writing
  • Track record of leading projects, building trusting relationships, and influencing others  
  • Collaborative team player who is also an independent thinker
  • Self-starter who thrives and can multitask in fast-paced, often ambiguous environments
  • Expertise and/or strong interest in the enterprise software/ SaaS industry
