On the Rolling stock, Signalling, Telecommunications, AFC, RAMS & Operations side, Systra India is executing several design review and detailed project reports like: MRVC-CBTC (Migration of Existing Sub-Urban Transit system to CBTC), Bangalore Metro, Kolkata Metro, Pune Metro Phase II, Vijayawada MRTS and Dhaka Metro Line 5N.

We are seeking applications for the position of Account Executive for the Systems BL Projects. - Noida 

1. 1. Co-odinate/ assist in raising of the Client invoice/ collection etc. of all projects of the SYSTEMS BL in addition to supporting on record keeping of all BG, PII, submitted and received from our vendors.
   2. Keeping track of vendor payments and invoices
   3. Mange System BL/ project accounts
   4. Takeup employee timesheet imputing
   5. Support general administrative activities, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, organising travel arrangements, preparing meeting minutes, coordinating office supply inventories, and assisting with events and workshop logistics.
   6. Handle routine office correspondence, prepare and format reports and presentations, and facilitate communications between project teams, external partners, and clients and imputing timesheets of assigned employees.
   7. Prepare PPT and assist the PMO in their day to day operations

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounts/ Engg./ Science
2. Min. 1+ years of experience
3. Strong team player.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Strong organisational and problem-solving capability.
6. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
7. Generating a collaborative culture and engaging a team.
8. Making assessments of compensation events – both the time and cost.
