Chemist- Cement Additive

Objective: 

Analysis and testing of Cement Additives, Assisting Line Manager in developing and modification of cement additives. Capable of doing lab ball mill trials and having knowledge of evaluating and testing of raw materials of cement additives

Responsibility:

• ¨Physical Testing of cement additives against BIS standards
• Able to conduct lab ball mill trials with cement additives.¨
• Assist Line Managers in developing and modification of products.¨
• Testing new Chemicals or alternative Raw materials¨
• Making and analysis of new molecules¨
• Working in close with technical team to develop new products¨
• Working in close with sales team regarding market requirements on product feature and performance¨
• Monitoring production activity of cement additives on daily basis¨
• Customer complaint analysis and evaluation¨
• Extending technical support to sales team in conducting plant trials with cement additives at cement plants¨
• Trouble shooting¨
• Preparing of reports and execution

Qualification & Experience:

Degree in Chemistry or Diploma in Civil Engg. 2 or 3 years of experience in cement field. Knowledge in cement, concrete and cement additive technology
