Your new role – challenging and future-oriented: Execute and establish machining processes for steam turbine components as per Industrial Engineering guidelines. Perform work measurement and time estimation for new or modified operations to ensure productivity. Prepare detailed CNC part programming and implement quality checkpoints to meet standards within timelines. Apply Lean Manufacturing and Just-In-Time (JIT) principles to reduce cycle time, eliminate waste, and increase throughput. Maintain CNC machine networking for ISO 9001 compliance and manage tool inventory for production efficiency. Support Quality Management System implementation to achieve departmental objectives. We don’t need superheroes, just super minds: Qualification and Experience Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. 3–4 years of experience in CNC lathe operations. Exposure to Siemens CNC control systems (Siemens 840D, 802D) is a plus. We’ve got quite a lot to offer. How about you? We’re Siemens.
