Job Description:

The Compliance Analyst plays a pivotal role in review and analyze business partner contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions, including quarterly reporting and pricing. This role requires independence, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel.

Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

·Quarterly review of all Business Partner contracts/self reports for accuracy

·Document and communicate non compliance with contract terms

·Complete full internal account audits as necessary

·Track BP subsequent billing letter communication

·Track SILA Reporting compliance

·Periodic review of business partner websites

·Monitor GPCS Access Management as needed
