Inviting applications for the role of Consultant – Performance QA
Develop comprehensive performance testing strategies tailored to the specific needs of the application.

Responsibilities
• Develop comprehensive performance testing strategies tailored to the specific needs of the application.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define performance goals and benchmarks.
• Design test plans that outline the scope, objectives, resources, and schedule for performance testing activities.
• Create detailed test cases and scenarios that simulate real-world usage patterns.
• Conduct various types of performance tests, such as load testing, stress testing, endurance testing, and spike testing.
• Monitor system performance during tests to identify bottlenecks and resource constraints.
• Analyze test results to assess whether the application meets performance requirements.
• Document test findings, including any identified issues, their impact, and potential solutions.
• Prepare detailed reports for stakeholders, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
• Work closely with development teams to diagnose and resolve performance issues.
• Suggest optimizations and improvements to enhance application performance.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business analysts.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
• Experience in performance testing
• Proficiency in performance testing tools JMeter & LoadRunner
• Strong understanding of AWS services, including EC2, S3, Lambda, and CloudWatch
• Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and tools like Jenkins or GitLab
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify performance bottlenecks and optimize system performance
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to work collaboratively within agile teams and adapt to changing requirements
