Role Profile:
This is a key role in the Data Trust Platform team ensuring the requirements to the Data Trust programme are fully understood and fashioned into innovative, sustainable, and effective solutions to meet the objectives of the function. It requires continuous and detailed analysis and confirmation of the needs of stakeholders and the technical ability to deliver solutions end to end on citizen developed solutions for business workflow and reporting needs. The role has a real opportunity to create technology and wider solutions that have a meaningful impact on the LSEG’s management of it data solutions.
Job Overview:
As a Business Analyst within the Data Trust Platform Team based in India, you will collaborate closely with a range of internal and external teams to capture requirements, design, and build workflow and reporting solutions. The role requires that you are effective and documenting detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria in a range of techniques as well as having the technical and problem-solving skills to design and implement solutions on a variety of workflow and reporting tools. Your focus will be on delivering genuine value through robust, scalable, and sustainable solutions that leverage AI and automations as much as possible and appropriate. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in business analysis within the financial services sector and a range of productivity and reporting tools along with a good understanding of Data Governance practices.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in the financial services sector.
• Strong understanding of data management principles, data governance frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in project management / SDLC tools, such as Jira; workflow and reporting tooling such as PowerApps and PowerBI; and it would be an advantage to have an understanding in data governance tools such as Collibra, Solidatus, MS Purview, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business requirements into actionable project plans.
