• Python Team Lead (GenAI) Experience:
• 8–14 years Role Overview We are looking for a highly skilled Python Team Lead to drive research and development initiatives in next-generation software solutions.
• The role involves leading a small team of engineers, building prototypes, and experimenting with new technologies (AI/ML, Generative AI, cloud-native architectures, data-driven automation).
• This is a hands-on leadership role where you will contribute to coding, design, and innovation, while mentoring the team and shaping technical direction. 
• Key Responsibilities
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of Python developers, guiding them in R&D projects and ensuring high-quality deliverables. 
• Hands-On Development: Design and implement Python-based solutions, frameworks, and prototypes for advanced use cases (AI/ML integration, automation, productivity tools). 
• R&D Prototyping: Build proof-of-concepts and experimental systems leveraging modern Python libraries, AI frameworks, and cloud services. 
• Innovation: Explore emerging technologies (Generative AI, LangChain, LLM APIs, data pipelines) and evaluate their applicability to business and developer workflows. 
• Architecture & Design: Define scalable, modular, and maintainable designs for experimental solutions and transition prototypes toward production readiness. 
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, architects, and researchers to convert innovative ideas into working solutions. 
• Agile Delivery: Manage sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and ensure the team follows agile best practices. 
• Knowledge Sharing: Document learnings, present findings, and promote a culture of innovation across the team. 

Skills & Qualifications 

• Strong Python expertise, with experience across frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, Django, or asyncio. 
• Experience in AI/ML, Generative AI, or data engineering (e.g., AutoGen, TensorFlow, PyTorch, HuggingFace, LangChain) is highly desirable. 
• Background in building R&D prototypes, proof-of-concepts, or innovation-focused solutions. 
• Strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and scalable system design. 
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes). 
• Solid understanding of APIs, microservices, and integration patterns. 
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a research mindset and ability to work in ambiguous environments. 
• Leadership skills with prior experience mentoring or leading small engineering teams. 
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally in an agile environment.
