Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that the organization has a unified source of truth for all data, enabling informed decision-making and driving operational efficiency. You will also focus on translating complex data into actionable insights that contribute to the organization's competitive advantage, ensuring that data practices align with industry standards and best practices. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team understanding of data governance and management.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to data architecture and strategy to ensure clarity and compliance. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Scala.
- Strong understanding of data governance frameworks and best practices.
- Experience with data architecture design and implementation.
- Familiarity with data security protocols and compliance regulations.
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets to inform strategic decisions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Scala.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
