Your impact
The role involves preparing detailed civil and structural drawings—including plans, elevations, sections, and steel connection details—along with civil layouts such as grading, roads, paving, and drainage systems. It requires expert‑level proficiency in Revit for 3D modeling, 2D extraction, MTO preparation, and managing coordinated models through Navisworks, BIM 360, and ACC. The position demands strong understanding of RCC and steel structures, architectural detailing, construction methods, and the ability to execute design revisions while adhering to project standards. Candidates should bring 6–12 years of experience across industrial, data center, commercial, mixed‑use, and FMCG projects, with strong collaboration, communication, and problem‑solving skills.- Prepare range of civil and structural drawings such as plans, elevations, sections, details etc.
- Preparation of steel structural drawings including connection details
- Preparation of civil drawings like grading plans, paving plans, roads, stormwater drainage and sewer details, and other civil plans/details ·
- Good Knowledge of 3D modeling in Revit 3D and should be able to extract 2D drawing and produce finals drawings
- Learn and successfully apply company, client, and project drafting standards and procedures
- Execute design changes and project drawing revisions
- Successfully communicate and correspond with internal design resources.
- Material take offs for civil & structural works from Revit Model
Here's what you'll need
- Hands-on experience of 3D modeling software like Revit 3D, Navis work, BIM 360 and ACC
- Expert knowledge of Revit 3D. BIM 360 and ACC
- 6-12 years of experience in developing the 3D models for civil and structural works for Industrial projects, Data Centre, commercial, mix use projects and FMCG projects for RCC and steel buildings. ·
- Expert-level proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
- Strong understanding of architectural detailing, construction methods, and materials.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and other design tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
