Your impact

Main Role Responsibilities:

• BIM Modelling in Open Buildings Designer
• Support strong GID service delivery to lead regions
• Liaise with internal and external clients, as required
• Maintain high work standards, minimise production errors and attention to detail
• To have good understanding of different disciple workflows.
• Working on multiple projects, review the 3D models from different disciplines and suggest the methods to bring the uniformity in deliverables across all the projects. 
• Reinforcement detailing 
• Assemble and coordinate multi-discipline models.
• Works with BIM Leads, Design Leads, and Discipline Leads.

Here's what you'll need

Experience:

• 6 to 12 years of project delivery experience in a variety of BIM projects 

• BIM Modelling in Open Buildings Designer 
• Reinforcement detailing
• Water, wastewater and industrial structures

Skills and Competencies:

• Extensive working experience with BIM software
• Strong planning and organising skills – task management.
• Excellent communication skills, both internally and externally.
• Demonstrates a commitment to on-going learning and development
• Reinforcement Detailing
• Dynamo or scripting abilities are a plus
