As a K8S – Pipeline Engineer, you support and streamline our DevOps ecosystem by managing Kubernetes clusters and owning the CI/CD pipeline landscape. Your day involves optimizing GitLab CI/CD workflows, ensuring system reliability, monitoring performance dashboards, and collaborating with development teams to resolve issues and introduce automation improvements.
Maintain and optimize Kubernetes clusters to ensure reliable, scalable environments.
Design, implement, and enhance CI/CD pipelines using GitLab and containerized build workflows.
Improve development infrastructure by managing compilers, static analysis tools, and supporting automation frameworks.
Implement observability using Prometheus and Grafana, enabling data-driven improvements.
Strengthen cybersecurity and compliance throughout the CI/CD lifecycle.
Guide engineering teams in adopting DevOps and containerization best practices.
Deliver solutions that prioritize scalability, high availability, and reliability across the pipeline ecosystem.
Strong hands-on experience with 10+ years with Kubernetes, Docker, Helm/Helmsman, GitLab CI/CD, Linux.
Proficiency in Prometheus, Grafana, and monitoring/observability stacks.
Solid understanding of CMake, Conan, build systems, and development toolchains.
Scripting capability with Bash and Python to automate workflows.
Ability to troubleshoot complex CI/CD and containerization issues.
Structured, detail-oriented approach with strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
