Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR professional to deliver organizational and talent strategies that achieve growth and achieve desired goals. You will report to the VP, HR and working from our office in Hyderabad. You will partner closely with Hyderabad leadership to drive strategic people initiatives that align with business goals. This role involves providing thought leadership on organizational design, talent strategies, and culture development while ensuring effective implementation of regular HR programs and processes. The role will also oversee a team of HRBPs, ensuring the delivery of consistent and impactful HR solutions aligned with business objectives.

Work that matters - what you'll be doing?


  • Act as a trusted partner to business leaders, to support the operational decision-making of the management teams through highlighting good practices and driving business objectives through the people agenda. Challenge existing thinking and bring new thinking to stakeholder groups as appropriate to shape a proactive people focused agenda
  • Execute on the people strategy and priorities fit for each stakeholder group. Network and work collaboratively with the regional and group HRBPs to ensure the smooth delivery of people plans and activities
  • Facilitate delivery of and support with our performance review cycle, talent review processes, employee engagement survey and compensation reviews to ensure outcomes are defined and optimised at all levels.
  • Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with HR and business colleagues to develop solutions and programs
  • Provide coaching to leadership on a variety of actions to include employee relations, talent management and development and organizational design consultation
  • Deliver talent programs (e.g., Talent Reviews, Succession Planning) at manager levels.
  • Mentor other HRBPs to help reach their career goals, and enhance our HRBP capability and expand our growth across Experian Qu

Qualifications

More about you


  • 12+ years' experience in senior HR business partnering with senior executives.
  • Experience partnering with leaders in a business line or function playing an important role in accelerating results.
  • A strong customer service ethos and focus both internally and externally to encourage speed of response and high standards of service
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to handle sensitive matters with tact and diplomacy
  • Business and technology knowledge—able to learn the business and make talent and team decisions that positively impact outcomes.
  • Experience building team and talent plans to identify and accomplish our talent needs.
  • Broad HR knowledge in main domain areas such as organizational design, executive coaching, talent acquisition, compensation, talent development, and workforce planning.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Track record of a commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion with strategies and outcomes to support that commitment. What you'll need to bring to the role
  • Demonstrated success in working within a complex, matrixed structure – working through influence more than direction
