About the Role:
As an Engineer, you will engage in performing routine technology tasks with increasing independence. You will play a vital role in executing various technology processes and projects, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of your team. Responsibilities:
• Perform IT troubleshooting and resolve more complex issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.
• Execute routine system maintenance, updates, and backups.
• Monitor and analyze system performance, providing insights for improvements.
• Support network configuration and maintenance.
• Assist with data analysis and report generation.
• Conduct intermediate testing of software applications.
• Maintain and update IT documentation.
• Provide Level 1 support for helpdesk inquiries.
• Assist with user training and onboarding for new technologies.
