Roles and Responsibilities:

. Design and implement enterprise-scale application solutions, leveraging AI-driven development and testing to accelerate delivery and maximize test coverage and efficiency.

. Team Growth and Management: Manage the career growth of team members, scale hiring and development processes, and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

. Own end-to-end performance management for the engineering team, ensuring accountability, growth, and high delivery standards.

. Own development, integration, and deployment across the full software delivery lifecycle.

. Strategic Partnership: Partner with product teams to brainstorm ideas and collaborate on delivering an exceptional product, contributing to the overall success of the organization.

. Technical Direction: Provide technical guidance by actively participating in architectural discussions, developing code, and advocating for new process improvements to drive innovation and efficiency.

. Architect and implement end-to-end customer business workflows, including execution and cross-system integration.

. Establish and govern product management practices using TestRail. Integration of TestRail with automation and CI/CD pipelines

. Provide technical leadership in optimizing and tuning application infrastructure to meet performance, availability, and reliability.

. 10+ years of experience in People Management, leading engineering teams, with an emphasis on developing key talent and cultivating positive, high-performing cultures. A people-focused leadership style, with a track record of motivating and inspiring individuals and teams.

. Strong understanding of modern software delivery practices, including CICD (continuous integration and deployment/delivery) techniques and technologies

. Strong understanding of security and compliance practices and ensuring they are included in existing process and new developments

. Proven track record of implementing enterprise-scale test automation solutions

. Experience with test architecture and framework design using Selenium and Testng.

. Experience with at least 2 programming languages (Java, Python, shell, Go)

. Lead and coordinate integration testing across multiple products simultaneously, ensuring interoperability and validating end-to-end functionality in complex environments.

. Design, build, and maintain scalable, customer-like environments in-house to replicate real-world use cases, enabling comprehensive validation and smooth customer experiences.

. Strategic thinking and long-term planning skills

. Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration

. Ability to work effectively in agile/scrum environments

. Ability to manage and make decisions about competing priorities and resources.

. Driven greenfield initiatives, and influence product direction while mentoring junior engineers across cross-functional teams to shape technical strategy.

• Experience with workflow and collaboration tooling such as Atlassian Jira
• Experience with code management tools such as Git, Github, Gitlab
• Experience with Dockers technologies
• Familiarity with cloud computing services such as AWS, Azure, GCP - Advantage
• Experience with continuous integration tools such as Jenkins.
• Experience in performance engineering , security testing and vulnerability assessment.
• Publications & Contributions: Active involvement in the AI/Generative AI community, ideally through publications, conference presentations, open-source contributions, or patents, can strengthen candidacy
• Strong oral written and interpersonal skills for interacting and throughout all levels of the organization.
