Key Responsibilities:


·Drive tokenization campaigns to increase ROCs


·Drive campaigns to reduce inactive CMs across key spends categories


·Ensure quality control and SOPs across dynamic and time sensitive projects


·Stakeholder Management


·Ensure 100% validation of all operational work done by the team


·Guide team in prioritization and timely execution of ICS level offers


Minimum Qualifications:


1.In depth understanding of tools such as IMH and CMS


2.Experienced team leader, ability to guide team for prioritization and IMH


3.7-10 years of work experience,


4.Excellent stakeholder management across levels


5.Ability to work in cross functional team and have strong project management skills


6.Technical Skills/Capabilities: Excel and advanced Powerpoint
