We are currently seeking a Field Tech Analyst : Network Build & Integration Engineer to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nādu (IN-TN), India (IN).

Job Description: Network Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities:

Hands-on experience to configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, QoS).

Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic and network analytics tools

Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability.

Monitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning

Should have good technical troubleshooting skills to resolve issues.

Understanding of the OSI or TCP/IP model and routing protocols.

Should liaise with vendors and regional teams for problem resolution.

Timely updates to all the stakeholders on the pendency, ongoing and Critical issues.

Adherence to the defined process and polices to meet the KRI and deadline.

Follow the escalation matrix wherever required.

Ability to learn and adapt new technologies for efficient deliverables.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree from an authorized university. 

CCNA & CCNP or higher (CCIE data centre infra)

Minimum 3-4 yrs of experience.

Good Communication Skills (Written & Spoken) in English

Basic understanding of ITIL Framework is a must (CHG mgmt., Problem mgmt., incident mgmt.)

Knowledge on ticketing tool preferrable ServiceNow.

Willingness to work in rotational shifts 24*7 environment.

Travel including overnight domestic may be required.
