Facilitate processes to set and make strong recommendations for market price setting and discounting models to optimize value
- Execute the process for existing and new product price setting at a regional level
- Develop recommendations for price setting decisions for new and existing products based on value, market dynamics and business/profitability considerations
- Build and partner with affiliates to implement Region-supported discounting frameworks
- Monitor trends and risks in the Region environment impacting pricing and develop mitigation strategies (e.g., reimbursement, economic, and competitive)
Execute processes to set, update, communicate and execute market pricing guidelines and discount models, and evaluation of price performance versus those guidelines
- Maintain Region Pricing Guidelines & ensure annual review process
- Ensure all product price guidance & strategy is communicated to Affiliates for implementation
- Maintain quoting tools operations
- Monitor price performance in the marketplace relative to global and region objectives
- Provide price analytics, publishing Region Price KPIs
- Communicate and update SOPs for both franchises
Promote strategic pricing acumen in Affiliate Strategic Pricing teams and Cross-functional partners:
- Ensure pricing training resources are shared with Affiliate Strategic Pricing Associates & Cross-functional partners.
Control and communicate all the analytics for Pricing function across both franchises:
- Design new Pricing reporting focusing on the KPIs and deliverables of the pricing function
- Ensure Price Pro pricing update with close global and country alignment
- Maintain and update existing reporting and communicate with clusters
