Role Description/Purpose
Contributes towards collating and interpreting performance measures for review with Shared Services Senior management to aid decision making and play an important role in enhancing the quality-of-service delivery.
Context and environment:
• Provide information and insights based on service delivery for SSC
• Effective engagement with stakeholders (HoDs/Reporting SPOCs)
• Identify improvement opportunities to enhance delivery
Role Accountabilities
The British Council is looking for a skilled professional to support Shared Services Senior Management by collating, interpreting, and presenting performance measures that enhance decision-making and improve service delivery. In this role, you will engage with global teams and stakeholders, prepare regular reports and dashboards, and support governance reviews for the Global Project Manager. You will analyse performance inputs, highlight delivery gaps, and recommend improvements, including automation opportunities, while developing clear and intuitive presentations for senior leadership.
As part of the Shared Services Centre, you will play a key role in strengthening the quality-of-service delivery through effective stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications & Experience
• Education: Graduate (bachelor’s degree)
• Experience of 5–7 years in Reporting and Governance
• Preparing performance reports and dashboards for review with senior management
• Experience in Automation and Project Management
• Working knowledge and prior experience with the Balanced Scorecard approach and dashboarding

SSC Roles
Work Schedule: This is a 24/7 on-site role with rotating shifts, including night shifts. The position offers two days off per week, which may not always fall on weekends. Flexibility and adaptability to a continuous shift-based environment are essential.
