Design in this role isn’t just about aesthetics—it’s about impact.
You’ll turn strategy and copy into visual concepts that sell, explain, persuade, and stand out.
You’ll work across brand identity, performance creatives, pitch decks, social content, and client presentations, collaborating closely with copywriters, strategists, and performance marketers to create work that delivers real results.
Experience & Craft 5–6 years of experience as a Graphic Designer (agency experience strongly preferred).
A strong portfolio showcasing range across brand identity, performance ads, social content, and presentations.
Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator; After Effects is a plus).
Strong command of typography, layout, and color theory—with the instinct to break rules when it serves the idea.
Bonus: experience in motion design, video editing, or GenAI design tools (Midjourney, DALL·E, etc.
). Mindset & Working Style Design decisions are rooted in business and performance outcomes .
Fast execution without compromising quality.
Comfortable working across industries and visual styles—not tied to a single aesthetic.
Clear communicator who can articulate design rationale with confidence.
Sees copywriters, strategists, and performance marketers as collaborators, not handoff points.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance Creatives Design static and motion ads for Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Translate creative briefs into high-impact visuals that drive engagement and conversions.
Collaborate with performance teams to iterate and optimize designs based on data and testing.
Brand & Visual Identity Develop brand guidelines, visual systems, and scalable design languages.
Create pitch decks, case studies, and client-facing presentations.
Design across digital and print formats for industries such as Pharma, BFSI, SaaS, and Healthcare.
Social & Content Design Design social assets including carousels, stories, reels, and static posts.
Create infographics, illustrations, and educational content.
Adapt brand visuals seamlessly across platforms and formats.
Conceptual Contribution Participate in brainstorms and strategy discussions.
Bring visual thinking into early-stage ideation—not just execution.
Challenge briefs constructively when there’s an opportunity to strengthen the idea.
