General Summary:
Develops, defines, and executes plans of record, including: schedules, budgets, resources, deliverables, and risks. Monitors and drives the program from initiation through delivery, interfacing with internal and external stakeholders across functions on technical matters, as needed. Monitors budget/spending, on-time delivery, and achievement of program milestones. Represents the program and drives alignment across stakeholders.

Experience: A minimum of 10 years in SOC Design Verification and project management.
Responsibilities:
Track multiple SOC DV project milestones, risks, and mitigation strategies.
Monitor weekly progress towards milestones.
Develop, define, and execute plans of record, including schedules, budgets, resources, deliverables, and risks.
Interface with internal and external stakeholders across functions on technical matters as needed.
Monitor budget/spending, ensure on-time delivery, and achieve program milestones.
Represent the program and drive alignment across stakeholders.
Key Competencies:
Getting Work Done: Demonstrates organization, resourcefulness, and planning skills. Capable of leveraging multiple resources to complete tasks efficiently and foresee and plan around obstacles.
Program Management: Proficient in program management methodologies, including planning, scheduling, tracking, and execution. Effectively uses program management tools.
Risk Management: Skilled in identifying and mitigating risks that impact programs, including prioritizing and tracking risks.
Role Responsibilities:
Take responsibility for own work and make decisions with limited impact; errors typically only affect timelines.
Use verbal and written communication skills to convey routine factual information about day-to-day activities to knowledgeable colleagues.
Exercise creativity to troubleshoot technical problems or deal with novel circumstances.
Limited problem-solving required, generally in troubleshooting simple processes or technology.
Principal Duties:
Support the establishment of program goals and track program milestones with the team.
Manage and take responsibility for multiple aspects of small programs/technology with minimal complexity by applying up-to-date program management knowledge to meet deadlines.
Build and manage the execution of the Plan of Record (e.g., on time, on budget, within scope) for small and minimally complex programs or under the direction of others.
Track all key metrics pertaining to a small program and escalate when metrics deviate significantly from the Plan of Record.
Support the management and mitigation of identified program risks by following the risk and mitigation plans. Maintain and update the risk tracker.
Support team objectives by completing all assigned tasks in a timely manner.
Ensure compliance with processes by following best practices and procedures.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics / Communication or a related field
