Job Summary:
The individual will be responsible for conducting market research and analysis to support strategic planning and organization goals. He will also be responsible for market assessment, demand forecast, competitor analysis, market intelligence. Will also be responsible for supporting the management with the insights, recommendation, and suggestions.



Roles and Responsibilities:


•    Develop accurate market demand forecast and scenario planning models to support financial goals. Support revenue forecast for prior planning and budgeting.
•    Research on existing and emerging market and present views to management on high potential segments, new service, and asset addition
•    Generate the list of upcoming tenders and share it with VP-Sales and Head Systems. Cascade information about relevant upcoming projects.
•    Research on various competitor, H1-LL1 bidders, reason for losing the client/tenders/projects.
•    Develop processes to gather information such as customer demographics, preferences, needs, and buying behaviours using a variety of methods, such as interviews, questionnaires, voice of customer sessions, market analysis surveys, publicly available information, and literature reviews.
•    Assess the competitive landscape, identifying key players, analysing their strategies, and uncovering opportunities or threats for SML and strategic clients.
•    Analyse market data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, using this information to inform and guide company strategy and operations.
•    Creation of management report on market analysis based on demand-supply factor, growth factors, customer feedback, competitor trends and performance, internal team information, market research, event, exhibition etc.
•    Regular inputs to leadership on market intelligence of the potential industry [crane leasing] and project pipelines of IPP/OEMs to align the order projections.
•    Provide actionable insights from thorough analysis to shape and evolve the company’s strategy.
•    Offer analytical support for project development planning, ensuring alignment with current and anticipated market trends.
•    Collaborate with the internal teams [Management, CEO, COE, Sales, Operations, Marketing, HR] to align data intelligence insight with broader business processes and objectives.
•    Stay up to date with policy & regulatory changes of the domain /sector, ensuring compliance and informed decision-making.
