Job Summary: 
The role involves leading the Systems department, encompassing pre-sales support, post sales customer service, and contract management. The position includes designing of processes, setting SOP’s, team management, collaboration with internal and external team, follow up on invoices and collection of outstanding payments. Presenting the sales performance metrics and insight to the management and CEO.


Roles and Responsibilities:
•    Responsible for overall leading the Systems department which includes pre-sales support, post sales customer support and contracts management.
•    Presenting the management reports (sales) to CEO, MD, and Management on overall sales performance of the organisation with insights ensuring the timely triggers to the VP sales and management
•    Should have a good understanding and hands on experience in SAP, Tendering, customer support and contracts/agreements management. Responsible for maintaining accurate information and on time updates of inquiries, quotation, sales order etc in the SAP System.
•    Responsible for SAP and other process adherence
•    Oversee and manage all aspects of contract management for crane leasing, Renewable energy [wind EPC] with support of sales team.
•    Design and implement standardized operation procedures (SOPs) to streamline the tender process, ensure consistent performance across team. Building strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders and clients
•    Review and assess tender documents and address any challenges or obstacles that may arise during the tendering process. Should have familiarity with legal and regulatory requirements related to tendering.
•    Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, legal, and finance, to compile comprehensive and compliant tender responses. 
•    Monitor timely collection of outstanding payments from clients with the region/clients to maintain cash flow and minimize credit risk [Days Sales Outstanding – DSO (team target)]
•    Create and develop templates for MIS, dashboard, charts and visual reports of key metrics and performance indicators.
•    Set and monitor efficiency, conducting monthly meeting, quarter, yearly, putting up performance metrics and reports to implement and track performance metrics for sales excellence activities. 
•    Ensuring timely recognition and reward for top achievers and implementing performance management actions when needed
•    Leading the team and inspiring high performance by providing strong mentorship, coaching, and guidance and develop a robust succession plan for key roles within the teams.

•    Expertise in tendering process, documentation, bid preparation.
•    Skilled in contract managements [including renewal]
•    Ability to design SOP’s, process, MIS templates, dashboards etc.
