This role will lead the talent acquisition strategy and hiring operations for Abbott Nutrition & Corporate Functions which includes talent acquisition support for all business and functional teams. Scope of role will ensure standardization of talent recruitment policies, procedures, practices, tools, & metrics, as well as deliver on the hiring requirements from business. Major areas of responsibility include developing and executing the recruiting strategies and solutions to meet/exceed the business staffing requirements, team management,stakeholder management.
Develops Talent Acquisition strategies aligned to global strategic priorities & relevant to local business requirement. Builds TA road map for the affiliate and ensures qualitative and quantitative delivery on talent needs across all businesses.
Strong functional expertise across Diversity & inclusion, large volume hiring models, ATS management, digital & recruiting tools, Analytics and market intelligence around talent demand supply scenario in the affiliate.
Strong team management and influencing skills, collaborates across functional COEs/Area/global TA teams for leveraging subject matter expertise to create ongoing value & business impact.
Ensure recruitment tools and processes are used appropriately and accurately according to global and local guidelines.
Conduct recruiting activities according to planning and make sure the recruitment process are fully implemented and followed.
Fully use and lead to build the strategy to upgrade/optimize the sourcing channel managements like job boards, campus recruitment, websites and other media tools. All these recruiting activities and strategies will be implemented to the entire local sourcing activities.
Keeps abreast with external talent landscape & trends, operates with innovative, solution-oriented mindset to provide creative talent solutions to support dynamic and complex business scenarios during expansion, consolidation, M&A,restructuring etc.
Strong communication skills, effective stakeholder management and executive presence to be able to represent the affiliate in external talent forums and network with senior external stakeholders. Be a strategic & consultative partner to business and collaborates across affiliate HR teams to deliver on common business goals.
Managing and communicating with senior stake holders such as commercial GM, DVP, corporate officers, shared function Division leaders and senior BHR/DBHR team to understand the staffing needs, as well as business needs to develop the staffing solution, plan, and improve recruiting results (i.e. hiring in alignment with skills, attributes, behavior requirements, process efficiencies).
Be responsible for A-Z recruiting activities including Expansion volume hiring, senior positions recruiting including GM, DVP and functional head.
Make sure all the valuable information is properly filled and make monthly report to the supervisor in time.
Eligible to lead region and global TA projects and lead the team discussion.
Ensure all employment policies, process and systems are implemented align with entity Guideline, providing assistance in designing and implementing HR Employment procedures, policies, and HR programs.
Offer delivery and pre-on boarding arrangements for all affiliate divisions and functions.
Support vendor integrations and management as needed; Negotiation with the vendors and measure correct KPI.
Monitor the recruitment system (WD) and take corrective action when needed to improve data integrity and accuracy.
Refine search strategy by collecting feedback from Line Managers on candidates presented. Understand how to gather market intelligence and share the knowledge with the business effectively.
