Job Description:
As bp transitions to a coordinated energy company, we must adapt to a changing world and maintain driven performance. bp’s customers & products (C&P) business area is setting up a business and technology centre (BTC) in Pune, India. This will support the delivery of an enhanced customer experience and drive innovation by building global capabilities at scale, using technology, and developing deep expertise. The BTC will be a core and connected part of our business, bringing together colleagues who report into their respective part of C&P, working together with other functions across bp. This is an exciting time to join bp and the customers & products BTC.The Health, Safety, Security and Environmental Analyst is responsible for the input, management, and sharing of HSSE performance reporting (data analysis, insights, and KPIs.) The HSSE Coordinator will be accountable for the collection of HSSE metrics and assist in developing and distribute weekly, monthly and executive level reports!Duties and Responsibilities: Accountable to capture and handle information from various data sources and transform it into reports that are used by the business.Handle all HSSE reporting including HSSE metrics, hours worked, incident report management, PowerBI data, safety and driving safety training data.Perform data entry of HSSE incidents into IRIS.Support the OMS advisor during management reviews (MR), Performance Improvement Cycle planning with the insights of all 3 lines of defense activities. (incl. Collecting supporting data, assessing performance, and preparing presentations and status for the LT)Education & Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university
- Three to five years minimum related experience and/or training
- Ability to efficiently present information and respond to questions from different teams
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerBI
- Strong digital literacy with proficiencies in other MS office products (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Teams, and SharePoint)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Willingness to learn new skills and address additional responsibilities
