Bosch Automotive Electronics India Pvt. Ltd. (RBAI) is a 100% subsidiary of Robert Bosch GmbH . Established in 2009, in Naganathapura - Bengaluru, RBAI is primarily focused in manufacturing electronic products for the automotive sector. 1. Continuous improvement and process support in MES,PLC including interaction between MES and ERP system.
2. Technical Support to enable the Traceability adherence (AE-GI-025) in plant.
3. Ensure that PLC& MES System availbility(24*7) in Prodcution environment.
4. Ensure the quality of data availability in Database.
5. ECR and EWAK Process Support.
6. Product failure analysis and coordination with CFT by providing the PDA/MDA data to identify the root cause.
7. Enabling the data connectivity Station -MES - Hadoop.
8. Maintaining, adapting and optimizing PLC program for production lines.
9.Support the implementation of Manufacturing Execution System,PLC and and traceability for the production area/lines (parametrization and setup for customer products).
10.Conduct the concept discussions with the project management, process engineers and station suppliers regarding SPS, MES,PLC and traceability topics.
11.Coordinate new requirements with central departments and MES,PLC suppliers and be responsible for the scheduling and content coordination then Implementation.
12.MES,PLC configuration for New lines/new Prodcut.
13.Setup and configure the SrS,ERP connectivity,Scout It Solutions in plant.
14.Set up the IT infrastructure, configure it and test it in advance.
15.Responsible for the commissioning and acceptance of the line with the Supplier and plant process engineers involved.
16.To check, compare and analyze new procedures and processes in the Industry 4.0 and MES&PLC environment and to develop, coordinate and plan proposals for the introduction and to be responsible for coordinating the introduction.
17.Carry out extensive integration and network tests of all line segments in the plant.
18. Build the New MES module through AE Squad Development board.
19. Connect with AE-CN MES,machine Control & Traceability Team to improve the MES system and Traceability in plant.
20. Able to test on the test system and develop the concept during POC
21. Updating the MES servers and infrastructures to be handled for AE level requirements.
22.Develop solutions to integrate with MES based on requirements (EMS Business).
23.Training, support and consulting about MES modules and traceability for plant users.
24. Prepartion for MES-IAS migration.
min. 2 (BE) to 6 years relevant job experience B.E in CS or E&C or EEE or Mechatronics
• Basic knowledge for Manufacturing Execution Systems (Nexeed MES is a plus)
• Familiar with IT infrastructure like Oracle DB, SQL DB, Windows VM Servers, etc.
• Basic knowledge on communication systems like OPC UA, XML, REST interface, etc.
• Knowing C++, C#, SQL programming languages
• Knowledge on Web Server technologies such as IIS, Apache
• Experience in programming/scripting (C#, .NET framework, PowerShell)
• Experience with database management systems (MSSQL, Oracle)
• Familiar with automation technologies (PLCs like Siemens, Rexroth etc.)
