The IT Business Analyst 2 is an intermediate-level position responsible for liaising between business users and technologists to exchange information in a concise, logical and understandable way in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to contribute to continuous iterative exploration and investigation of business performance and other measures to gain insight and drive business planning.

- Looking for business analyst profile with 5+ years experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- Able to communicate and manage stakeholders independently.
- Having knowledge of PL/SQL is preferable but not mandatory.
- Candidate should be able to convert requirements into technical specifications.
- Should have experience working with technical teams and business simultaneously, understanding the requirements end-to-end and then converting them into Stories.
- Should have experience in Agile mythologies, especially Scrum.
- Knowledge of accounting and finance metrics is required. eg. Liquidity coverage ratio, leverage ratio , CRAR ratio, risk weight ratio understanding is required.
