IT.Junior Developer

Title & Role Description

 As a Junior Developer, you are expected to work on the development, support and maintenance of enterprise applications including user authentication, role-based access control, and entity management solutions. Your primary role involves developing and supporting internal software solutions using backend APIs, frontend applications, and cloud infrastructure.

 Main Responsibilities 

• Develop enhancements to existing and new applications • Participate in the design of new applications • Support the current application stack

 Education & Qualifications

 • Bachelors' degree or equivalent experience. Master's degree or other advanced degree a plus • Any certifications a plus

 Experience 

1-3 years of professional hands-on experience of the full SDLC of enterprise application development Skills 

• Basic understanding of object-oriented programming, relational databases, software version control and software development lifecycles - Waterfall, Agile

 • Thoroughness on assigned work, completing coding on time, on scope and with low defect rates • Ability to identify and fix bugs and defects. Basic understanding of code tuning and optimization

 • Ability to work with developers / senior developers to estimate task duration and complexity

 • Ability to work independently on small tasks with strict direction and moderate supervision

 • Demonstrated skill in one or more programming languages • Excellent problem solving and communication skills

 • Ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies 

Preferred Technical Skills

 • Backend: .NET/Python with respective ORMs (Entity Framework Core/SQLAlchemy)

 • Frontend: React, TypeScript, CSS 

• Database: PostgreSQL or Oracle 

• Cloud: Experience with cloud services and infrastructure

• Testing: Unit and integration testing frameworks
