Configure cashback deals on PayU’s offer engine Closure of commercial arrangements with these partners to provide a competitive edge for PayU. Leading Loyalty, Gift Cards & Rewards business – managing P&L ensuring cohesiveness and efficient collaboration among internal & external stakeholders New Product cross-sell & Asset Monetization: Offer Engine, Inventories at PayU checkout like Banners, widgets, etc., QR solutions, BBPS, TSP, Affordability Stack, Settlement Solutions, Lending aggregation & Data Insights Product Flow Improvement Integration of enhanced and market competitive flows of all these partners at PayU checkout for seamless transactions and customer journey, higher SRT and seamless experience for our customers and merchants Working with Business Enterprise/ SMB/ Omnichannel/ Partnerships teams), Operations & Product. Responsibilities:
The concerned person will manage the relationship of Consumer tech partners like Amazon Pay, Paytm, GooglePay, PhonePe, Mobikwik, etc., generate more GMV, increase enablement of various payment modes in PayU's merchant base.
Get more cashback deals, offers, from each of the payment mode to be further given to the merchant base to increase GMV, GM.
This resource will help in enhancing the relationship of all consumer tech partners with PayU.
Help our overall merchants with more payment modes through PayU and better flows of each payment modes.
More deals and offers in place making the name of PayU in the market as the preferred PG not just for the online payments platform/ acceptance but also being a B2B partner for other strategies / goals and developments of our partners as well.
The resource will also work with cross functional teams like product, onboarding, etc to integrate market competitive flows of each payment mode with PayU plus improving success rates of the payment modes.
Renegotiating Commercials + Cross Sell to generate additional Revenue/ GM for PayU.
Requirements:
4+ years of experience in strategic partnership and relationship management.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Action and detail-oriented with strong organization and prioritization skills.
Takes direction, documents expectations, then executes with minimal further direction.
Can communicate effectively and persuasively to a high volume of people in a day.
