Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant, Java Developer

In this role, you will be responsible for coding, testing, and delivering high quality deliverables, and should be willing to learn new technologies.

Responsibilities 

• Perform incident analysis, troubleshooting, and root cause identification.

  
  

• Handle SQL queries, Unix/Shell scripting for debugging and automation.

  
  

• Collaborate with business teams and L3/development teams for issue resolution.

  
  

Prepare documentation and knowledge base for recurring issues

Qualifications we seek in you! 

Minimum Qualifications / Skills 

· BE/B Tech/MCA/MBA

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

· Good problem-solving skills 

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills 

• Experience in application support.

  
  

• Strong technical expertise in Java, SQL, Unix/Scripting.

  
  

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

  
  

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) for senior stakeholder interaction.

  
  

• Flexible for shifts and weekend on-call support.

  
  

• General knowledge of working with complex business processes, data flows and consuming large amounts of data. 

  
  

• Excellent communication skills with a history of user/team interaction. 

  
  

• Highly motivated individuals that are committed and capable of working to timelines.
