Your impact

In this role you will be responsible for Leading a project from mechanical discipline. You should have excellent managerial skills, communication skills and good understanding of project management. You should have strong knowledge in one of the areas from utility system, material handling, warehousing and good understanding of other system, packages. You should have good understanding about following industries industrial plants, FMCG, Chemicals/ specialty chemicals, Electric batteries, Solar PV.

Should be able to manage team of engineers/ designers for successful completion of project, assignment as per the schedule and of stipulated quality. Understand the overall project schedule, make micro schedule for department activities, understand, list inputs required from other disciplines, client, and vendors. Ensure that right input is available for the team. Ensure that all the system, procedures and protocols are followed by the team.

Control the manhours for the projects. Maintain continuous communication with team, client, vendors, and project management team. 

Here's what you'll need

Education: BE- Mechanical (Post graduation will be added advantage but not mandatory)

Relevant Experience: 14 to 18 Years

• Should be able to design/specify various utility systems, Process equipment’s, such as steam boilers, hot water generators, thermic fluid heaters, hot air generators, cooling towers, water chillers, VAMs, Heat pumps, air compressors, nitrogen generators, gas distribution systems, fuel handling systems, centrifugal pumps, screw pumps, dosing pumps, AODD pumps, pressure reducing stations, de-superheaters, mixers, Blenders, SSF, Dosing systems, Hoist, EOT, Carnes, Filters, Oxygen plant, Dryers, etc.
• You should have knowledge of all kind of engineering phases like Basic, concept ,FEED,DE, Costing.
• You should be well convergent with IS, ISO,API,ASME,TEME,CPCB, IBR, EN, etc codes & standards.
• You should have knowledge of preparing Layouts, Basic PFD, Schematics, Design basis report, Sizing and selection, capex/opex comparisons, Data sheets, Enquiry specifications, Material requisitions and vendor drawing review and approval.
