Overall Summary:We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Lead specializing in Loan IQ and emerging technologies. The ideal candidate will lead the development and implementation of projects that leverage innovative technologies, mentor team members, and improve business processes through technology solutions.
Responsibilities:- Lead the development and implementation of Loan IQ projects using emerging technologies such as blockchain, IoT, and AI.
- Mentor and guide team members to ensure successful project delivery and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Identify and evaluate new technology solutions to enhance business processes and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with the organization's overall strategy and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements and industry trends relevant to Loan IQ and emerging technologies.
Software Requirements:- Strong technical knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Familiarity with Loan IQ software and its integration within financial services.
- Experience with emerging technologies such as blockchain, IoT, artificial intelligence, and their application in business processes.
Category-wise Technical Skills:Technical Expertise:
- Strong expertise in software architecture and design patterns.
- Knowledge of programming languages relevant to Loan IQ and emerging technologies (e.g., Java, Python).
Project Management:
- Excellent understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Experience in Agile and DevOps practices.
Experience:- 6-8 years of experience in software development and leading technology projects, specifically in the financial services domain.
- Proven track record of delivering projects utilizing emerging technologies.
- Experience in mentoring and guiding junior team members effectively.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Day-to-Day Activities:- Manage the development and delivery of Loan IQ projects, ensuring they meet business requirements and technical specifications.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering their growth and development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals with the organization's strategy.
- Evaluate and recommend new technology solutions to improve business processes and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
