Logistics Analyst I

Responsibilities

• This position is responsible for creating reports using Power BI/Excel tools and finding opportunities for automation.
• Co-ordination with Freight forwarders, 3PL vendors and all involved internal functions/sites for Onboarding related queries.
• Weekly reporting, tracking of Onboarding status & sharing feedback to all stakeholders.
• Identify patterns and develop process improvement initiatives to reduce failures & cycle time.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Power BI relational databases and ERP systems (e.g. SAP).
• Must have working knowledge of Vendor Management (e.g Vendor creation, Vendor onboarding)
• Issue resolution & problem solving to ensure meeting TAT. 
• Manage 3PL vendor relationship.

Success Indicators / Qualification:

• BBA, B. Com, MBA and PGDBM (Supply chain) /International Business/Business Administration with around 3 to 4 years of experience in Logistics industry.
• Experience in handling End to End Logistics operations with focus on identifying Cost saving and SLA improvement.
• Must have proven track record of Successful Handling of New Projects
• Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of logistic terminology and relevant data elements for reporting preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to push for issue resolution in a global, diverse and complex environment, based on influential management (Resolution).
• Strong analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude
• Excellent verbal and written communication & presentation skills
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
