Manager, Automation Testing(Java, Python, Selenium)

Strategy
•    Will be working across SAP applications in technology space, S4GL strategic app.
•    Will be supporting testing, configuring applications related integrations/functionalities in all Core Finance applications, and plan to takeover strategic app
•    Will be responsible for Core Finance application end to end testing requirement and process build required

Business
•    Awareness and understanding the core application server, functionality of application quickly and adaptable to newer technologies

Processes
•    Adhere the SDLC & ADO process followed by GBS group. 

People & Talent
•    Lead through example and build the appropriate culture and values. Set appropriate tone and expectations from their team and work in collaboration with risk and control partners. 
•    Ensure the provision of ongoing training and development of people and ensure that holders of all critical functions are suitably skilled and qualified for their roles ensuring that they have effective supervision in place to mitigate any risks.
•    Responsibility to review production capacity plans and incident trends
