Inviting applications for the role of [Manager], [Data Analyst]
We are looking for Data Analytics professionals with expertise in Pharma Commercial Analytics.

Responsibilities
Has worked extensively in the Database or Datawarehouse with hands on experience in Alteryx
• Life Sciences & Pharma - commercial analytics domain knowledge is mandatory.
• Experience working with Specialty Pharmacy, Sales, APLD & sub-national datasets.
• Understand KPI definition and define logical and physical data model
• Design and develop ETL workflows and datasets in Alteryx to be used by the BI Reporting tool
• Prepare technical specifications and documentation for Alteryx workflows supporting BI reports
• Write complex SQL queries on multiple tables using complex joins, CTEs and stored procedures.
• Perform end to end data validation
• Hands-on skills and experience in Alteryx Designer, Alteryx Server, and the tools with Alteryx such as Predictive, Parsing, and Transforms
• Experience in writing SQL queries against any RDBMS/AWS Redshift/Databricks/Snowflake with query optimization
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting abilities
• Good understanding of unit testing, software change management

Minimum Qualifications
• BE/B- Tech, BCA, MCA, BSc/MSc, MBA
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or similar preferred

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
• Personal drive and positive work ethic to deliver results within tight deadlines and in demanding situations
• Background in pharma/ medical devices domain specifically in commercial or customer service analytics
• Flexibility to adapt to a variety of engagement types, working hours and work environments and locations
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
