Manager, Design Studio

•    We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Business Planning Manager to streamline operations, manage workflows, and ensure efficient capacity planning within the team. This role requires strong analytical skills, structured thinking, and the ability to handle multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously. The role involves overseeing governance tasks, coordination with stakeholders, tracking project timelines, and supporting social media operations. 
•    The ideal candidate should be highly proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while driving seamless project execution. 

•    Maintain and update governance trackers, Monthly Business Review reports, and project tracker sheets.
•    Prepare and update presentations and reports for senior leadership.
•    Support in business development tasks, including identifying potential leads, projects, preparing, and streamlining proposal processes for stakeholders. 
•    Plan and allocate workload within Design Studio. Oversee and optimise project workflows within the team, ensuring smooth execution and timely deliveries, including managing channel/platform operations.
•    Facilitate the onboarding of new AI tools and software to streamline operations. 
•    Stay updated on industry trends and analyse what peer banks are implementing to maintain the highest standards in workflow. 
•    Track and manage stakeholder requests, ensuring timely responses and resolution of potential bottlenecks. 
•    Identify process gaps and recommend workflow optimisations to improve overall team efficiency.

•    Strong understanding of design/ brand/ marketing.
•    Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
