We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Manager to lead our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in modern backend technologies and cloud-based solutions, with a strong focus on Node.js, TypeScript, Nest.js, Express.js, and a suite of Azure services. The role demands excellent technical proficiency, leadership qualities, and the ability to drive end-to-end project delivery while ensuring adherence to best practices and organizational standards.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of developers, ensuring optimal performance, professional growth, and alignment with project goals.
  • Technical Ownership: Oversee the design, development, and deployment of scalable, high-performing applications.
  • Solution Architecture: Define and implement architectures using the tech stack including Node.js, TypeScript, Nest.js, Express.js, and Azure services.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, QA, and DevOps, to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Cloud and Infrastructure Management: Implement and manage Azure solutions such as Azure Container Apps, Azure Pipeline, and Azure API Management.
  • Code Quality & Standards: Drive code reviews, enforce standards, and promote a culture of technical excellence within the team.
  • Monitoring & Optimization: Use tools like Azure Application Insights for monitoring and performance optimization.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as a technical point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of progress, challenges, and solutions.

Required Skills & Experience:


  • Backend Development: Expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, Express.js, Nest.js, and API frameworks like gRPC and OpenAPI.
  • Database Management: Proficiency in PostgreSQL and caching solutions like Redis.
  • Containerization: Experience with Docker and deploying containerized applications.
  • Azure Ecosystem: Strong knowledge of:
    • Azure Container Apps & Azure Container App Jobs
    • Azure Application Insights
    • Azure Storage
    • Azure API Management
    • Azure Pipeline & Azure CLI
  • Microservices: Hands-on experience in microservices architectures, including Dapr.
  • DevOps Practices: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration, and version control systems.
  • Problem Solving: Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.

Looking for Manager who has good knowledge in Angular and has hands on experience on UI based project. Java skill sets will be add on. This role requires hands-on involvement in both technical development and functional strategy, serving as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders. This role also involves managing a team, coordinating with other departments, developing strategic plans and driving innovation strategies. The Manager will ensure that their team performs efficiently, meets quality standards, and delivers exceptional results aligned with the company’s objectives
