This role is a role within the Fraud Risk Management Analytics team in WRB. Its responsibilities entail:
• Use advance analytics for the identification and prevention of bad actors in the WRB customer portfolio
• Identify, gather and organize data from various sources
• Use statistical methods and tools to analyze data to identify patterns, trends and correlations, and extract meaningful insights
• Create reports, dashboards and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders
• Ensure solutions adhere to SCB’s model, risk, compliance and responsible AI standards
• Align with CFCR 2LOD functions for the risk and governance processes, supporting regulatory activities
• Align with TTO/CDO on the analytics platform and the data feeds utilized for the development and hosting of the fraud models.
• Keep up to date on current developments in the financial crime landscape and advances in AI.
• Collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders including Senior leadership, Governance, Compliance, Technology and Operations.
Regulatory & Business Conduct

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field like Computer Science, Statistics, or Mathematics
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant field
• Proficiency in Python, SQL
• Experience in creating visuals and dashboards
• Familiar with visualization tools and their concept like Tableau, PowerBI
• Understanding of analytical and statistical methods
• Understanding of ETL pipelines, database querying
• Understanding of Financial Crime (Fraud) Risk
• Strong collaboration and communication with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
