Manager-Infrastructure

This role will be based in Noida, India.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support infrastructure planning and design development for residential, commercial, and mixed-use master plans
• Coordinate infrastructure inputs across disciplines including utilities, roads, grading, and traffic to ensure integrated and consistent layouts
• Review infrastructure concepts, master plans, and design deliverables prepared by external consultants
• Contribute to development of infrastructure strategies, phasing concepts, and design guidelines
• Ensure alignment between infrastructure designs and master planning, land use, and development vision
• Interface with internal development, planning, and commercial teams to provide technical input

Required Experience & Skills:

• Approximately 8 years of experience in infrastructure engineering related to real estate or master-planned developments
• Broad technical understanding of utilities (wet and dry), roads, grading, and traffic principles
• Strong capability in design coordination, technical review, and multidisciplinary integration
• Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills
