About the Job


MDM Operations team is looking for its new Team Manager, in charge of management of functional administrators for ERP and Master Data creation and Maintenance for the T.EN Group.


Scope: Oracle ERP, Jeevan ERP, Suppliers, Customer, Project Management applications and linked ecosystem (MDM Admin tools, MS Office)


For the Manager the responsibilities are:


  • Ensure the management for a good MDM and level 1 support. 
  • Managing a team of 10-12 people with different skill sets and experience groups
  • Build and review process documentation to ensure knowledge management of your team
  • Contribute to the process and manage the operation of Master Data Management (creation, update, removal, review) 
  • Manage the administrative functional Tasks on the application for opening/closing/maintenance.
  • Follow enhancements/corrections on the process
  • Contribute to the projects related to the domain at various level.
  • Make continuous improvement on the domain by proposing projects and new processes and optimization.
  • Ensure and manage compliance with internal processes/procedures. 

About You


Qualifications (Educational/Professional):


•           Master’s degree on IT/Finance/General Management


Knowledge/Skills:


•           Background on IT and/or Finance


•           Good communication skills


•           Strong organization skills


•           Experience to work under deadline and strict internal control norms


•           Experience with Oracle/IFS ERP is a strong plus


•           Experience in end-user IT support teams is a strong plus (Ticketing tool knowledge)


•           English speaking


Experience:       


•           8-10 years’ experience on Master Data management / IT Domains/ Team Management
